SSB Triple Layer Forming Fabric with High Support Points and FSI for Lowest Marking Level and Excellent Retention in Printing Paper Production
The PRINT SSB55208WM71NG-360CFM is an SSB triple layer forming fabric engineered with a fine plain weave paper side over an eight shed wear side construction. The paper side is finely woven while the wear side is open and coarse, delivering an excellent combination of sheet support, drainage capacity and wear potential. The wear side incorporates a long float design with a 3 to 2 paper side to wear side CD yarn ratio, enabling the use of medium and coarse wear side CD yarns for superior wear resistance. This structure provides high dimensional stability and good life potential. The fabric is particularly suitable for high-speed printing and writing paper production.
