SSB Triple Layer Paper Machine Cloth with 3 to 2 CD Yarn Ratio and Long Float Wear Side for Excellent Wear Potential and Dimensional Stability
The PRINT SSB 60210WF75-360CFM is a fine SSB triple layer forming wire with a plain weave paper side positioned over an eight shed wear side. This design features an open and coarse wear side with long floats and a 3 to 2 paper side to wear side CD yarn ratio, allowing medium to coarse CD yarns on the wear side for excellent wear potential. High internal void volume combined with optimized surface properties delivers excellent dewatering capacity. The structure offers both a high number of support points and a high FSI for minimal wire mark and superior retention. This fabric is well suited for printing and writing papers requiring high formation quality
